Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide, including Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, and all 27 European Union countries. Please note that deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer and could incur additional carrier surcharges. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed before 2 PM AEST on a business day are prioritised for same-day processing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Australia – Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Australia – Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • United States & United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
  • European Union: 10–20 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing times.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on Australian orders over $75 AUD
  • Standard Shipping (Australia): $7.95 AUD for orders under $75
  • Express Shipping (Australia): $14.95 AUD (free on orders over $150 AUD)
  • International Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Delays

While we can't control carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control, we'll always do our best to help resolve any issues quickly. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please don't hesitate to contact us at fitsprint.store@gmail.com.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate and resolve it promptly.
