Where We Ship We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping is coming soon.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.
Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 AUD
- Standard Shipping: $7.95 AUD for orders under $75
- Express Shipping: $14.95 AUD
Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Delays Fit N Sprint is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at fitsprint.store@gmail.com.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate and resolve it promptly.
